I’ve been trying to get a hold of these people and even asked other family members to help me. They do not answer texts NOR calls and I can only imagine how much worse the service is when 1 has already booked.

`My HHM Family and I spent the weekend at Skylight Lodge and we absolutely loved every moment.`

`The place is beautiful, spotless, and has the most homely feeling. You feel safe and cared for the second you arrive.`

`Special shoutout to Bokang and her amazing team. They are so humble, loving, respectful, and they truly know how to take care of their guests. They made us feel like family. We will be going back just to give those ladies their flowers 💐`

`And can we talk about the pool?! Sooo gorgeous and huge 💚 Perfect for family time and making memories.`

`Skylight Lodge, thank you for restoring our souls. We’re coming back!`

They had load shedding all day didn’t communicate with me about it even though they had all day to do it. I demanded a refund made it seem like they would have been ignoring my calls and texts for weeks now.

This place is soo beautiful inside and out, however the workers are not so welcoming, there’s a lady named Bokang who was friendly and accommodating but the rest were not pleasant at all.
Another issue is the kitchen, workers leave their dishes there expecting guests to wash them for them. I’d appreciate that this issue be addressed and fixed. And also have more cutlery to accommodate large number of guests. Overall my experience was a 7 out of 10. Beautiful view but rude workers, except Bokang.
